This is such a simple thing to make! I used one skillet for the entire dish and it took less than 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- First add a pat of butter, or some oil you like. Coconut is excellent to provide MCTs.
- Kronos gyro meat
- zuchini
- onions
- fresh garlic
- saute the above ingredients until the meat is browned a bit and the zuchini is starting to soften
- add fresh spinach & stir
- Add shredded cheese of choice on top & turn pan off
- Serve on plate and finish with sour cream and Texas Pete
This is a very flexible recipe, you can add just about anything you like. I add fresh mushrooms when I have them and sometimes a couple of eggs scrambled in to it. You could even top it with cold lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber etc.
