This is such a simple thing to make! I used one skillet for the entire dish and it took less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • First add a pat of butter, or some oil you like. Coconut is excellent to provide MCTs.
  • Kronos gyro meat
  • zuchini
  • onions
  • fresh garlic
  • saute the above ingredients until the meat is browned a bit and the zuchini is starting to soften
  • add fresh spinach & stir
  • Add shredded cheese of choice on top & turn pan off
  • Serve on plate and finish with sour cream and Texas Pete

This is a very flexible recipe, you can add just about anything you like. I add fresh mushrooms when I have them and sometimes a couple of eggs scrambled in to it. You could even top it with cold lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber etc.
